Except for the frame being steel, all surfaces,
external and internal, are exactly the same as in a traditional
wood house. Your home can be finished any way you like - brick,
stucco, vinyl, cedar and stone.
Interiors can be anything - gypsum board, paneling, glass, tile, cedar. Doors and windows can be anything on the market. Wood can be used in trim finishes and cabinets.
Hanging pictures is easy. Find a wall support with a magnet and drive a screw. Another way is to use a gypsum board picture hanger.
